What I build
Three ways in. Start with the smallest.
Hand one repetitive job to software: copying orders, building reports, sending reminders. Time measured before and after, so the saving is a number.
One system replaces the Excel and WhatsApp threads behind quotations, jobs, stock or customer records. Your old data comes with it.
A phone-friendly site that brings in enquiries, routed straight to WhatsApp or email, with your Google Business Profile set up.

Problems I took off people's hands.
- Quotation system: Quotes typed up by hand. Build, send and chase quotes.
- Hostel rental system: Rent chased on paper and WhatsApp. Shows who paid and who is late.
- Staff hours tracker: Hours added up from many rosters. All rosters in one timesheet.
- Retail landing page: Two product lines, one small shop. Phone-first page, WhatsApp in one tap.
